First Time Buyers
You’re going to have loads of questions to ask as a first-time buyer. You’ll want to know things like the best ways to get a mortgage, what type will be the most suitable for you and should you choose a fixed rate, a discount rate, capped or tracker mortgage. But luckily, Louise is on hand to provide all the help you need.
Home Mover Mortgages
Moving home can always feel like a daunting prospect. If you’re doing it for the first time, it can be tough to know where the pitfalls are.
There are some important things to consider before you take out an all-important mortgage. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
So, you’re on the property ladder, whether that’s recently or you’ve been in your home for several years. If you’re out of the lender’s initial tie-in period, you will have automatically been placed on the lender’s variable interest rate, which almost certainly means you’re paying more each month in mortgage payments than you were initially.
Think carefully before securing debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
I pride myself in delivering the best mortgage and protection advice in the most clear and accurate way, which means my clients understand the complete process they are transacting with absolutely no grey areas.

Home is more than a house. South Leicestershire has been mine my whole life and I love it. I’ve raised my children here (now adults themselves) and love exploring the fantastic countryside that surrounds us with my dog, Shelby.
That doesn’t mean I only help people in my county – I support people nationwide with their steps onto, up and down the property ladder throughout the different stages of their lives. I regularly leave the shire too and enjoy travelling – most recently to Thailand where I volunteered at an elephant sanctuary which was the most rewarding experience – pictures of which now hang on my walls.
I’m planning more travels and more pictures but, while I’m working, my focus is on your four walls, the roof over your head and helping you get the keys to your next adventures.
